app ownership question

I just bought an ipad on ebay. Apparently it comes with 50+ apps. My question is....does that matter to me? I mean once I sync the ipad to my apple id all of those apps go away correct? Is there a way I can transfer those apps?

Unless these are Jailbroken apps installed through Cydia, you will need to know the password to the iTunes account used to initially purchase those apps or you will never be able to update them.

As soon as you sync that iPad to your computer the apps will be gone, and unless you have the password to the seller's account, you won't get them back unless you buy them.

This would be a great option to trial anything that interests you though.
