keyboard bounce?

I've had my ipad for about a month and a couple of times when I've tried to log in on a site I'll touch the log in button and instead of the keyboard loading and allowing me to type, it bounces up and then back down. It won't remain loaded so I can log in? Is it only me that this has happened to?

Has happened to me quite a bit. Usually the web page is still loading and isnt quite finished.
