Best set up to use pages?

For those of you with Pages for iPad, the Apple Bluetooth keyboard (or any BT keyboard I guess,) which is better for typing? Can I get away with just using the smart cover propped up in 'movie' mode, or should I spring for the dock? I kind of don't want to have to buy the dock because it's useless, but I will if necessary. I just want to know if you can clearly see the screen while using the smartcover in conjunction with the Apple keyboard.

You should be able to see it just fine. I have a little bt keyboard and I just put my iPad standing in landscape and it works fine

I don't use it too often though, I mostly use the on screen keyboard.

A Smart Cover propped up iPad in landscape mode using the virtual keyboard works just fine for me.

I use a Bluetooth keyboard with it propped up slightly using the smart cover. Works great, I rarely ever touch my laptop anymore.

Thanks guys. I wish apple didn't charge so much for the Bluetooth keyboard, but when compared to similar products it actually is the lower of the available options. It's not that I'm cheap but I'm not sure how often I will use it, so I really didn't want to spend much.
