iPad Glitch after upgrading to ios 4.3

My headphone jack doesn't work anymore for my iPad 3G/ 64GB after upgrading to ios 4.3. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have had no problems with my iPad after update and I have mine jailbroke.

Might want to try to restore it as new or with your iPod app playing insert the headphones then remove them. See if it works.
