Looking for a good iPad app to view/edit Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

    Any suggestions?

Docs to Go or QuickOffice are your only real choices, AFAIK. I got D2G out of habit.

Same here, Docs to go. I have not tried Quickoffice but have been very satisfied with Docs to go. I have the premium version and, although more expensive, the email functionality is worth it.

Doc to go comes first in my list, quick office is second.

Well, I downloaded Docs to go premium, and I have to say so far it's not bad at all. The intergreation with Dropbox is great. I'm really enjoying the functionality of it, works great with Good Reader too.

I'll cast my vote for Quick office connect. Works flawlessly for my needs.

Google Docs is great, but how can you edit them without something like Docs 2 Go?

I went with Quick Office after reading several reviews for it and D2G. Proper handling of footnotes wasn't available in either; that would have been the main factor for me. Since that wasn't an option and they were pretty similar, I bought QO when it was on sale.
