ipad/app help

got my wife a ipad 4months ago, i was waiting for ipad 2. well last week i lost my job so no ipad 2 for me, well my wife gave me hers. my ? is the only App she purchased that i would like to keep is pages but we both have our own itunes acct. any way for me to keep that app when i sync the ipad with my acct.

Just "transfer purchases" from her iPad to the computer, then sync your ipad, and you should be good to go. Make sure your computer is "authorized" also

I forgot to mention, if you purchase an app, you can download that app for free if you need to reinstall it later
