    Does anyone know how much ram is in the iPad 2? I have heard rumors that it may be 256mb. Hopefully it isn't true and they have 1 gb. This would help with using multiple apps, etc.

    iPad 2 will come with 512MB RAM, just like iPhone 4 and twice as much as the first generation iPad...

    I had heard 512mb, from engadget I think. From what I can tell, Apple has never said exactly, only that it's twice as fast.
