Need Suggestion for iPad Dock w/Speaker

I need an iPad dock that has a built in speaker. The stand must be able to rotate and allow me to keep my iPad in the Otterbox case.

Has anyone found anything that does this?

I want to keep it on my desk and use it as a TV with my Monsoon Vulkano.
