Drawing capabilities o' the iPad

Do you think that the iPad's ability to be used as a drawing tablet be realised or have they missed the boat on this one?!?

I think that's going to up to developers to come up with. They don't even have "digital ink" capabilities in Notepad for drawing/writing notes. There are styluses for iPhones, so the issue is purely software.

This morning, based on the imicit recommendation for 'Brushes' in the iPad announcement, I bought Brushes for my iPhone. All this application lacks today for any competent visual artist is 1) the ability to mask a portion of the image, and 2) a screen as big as the iPad's. remits, I don't think you have anything to worry about onthe long run; this is a platform that may unleash the visual artist in everyone . . .

I hope so as I think that it could have been a great draw to digital artists out there. I thought there would have been some announcement or suggestion at the keynote based on the splash page they produced before it.

I'll wait and see......
