Well I finally called Apple support because I was completely lost on this. He actually was lost at first also but it turns out to be my VPN. I use Nord, as does the tech. Even though I wasn’t connected to Wi-Fi and Nord was not turned on it was still blocking my connection. I finally had to Uninstall the nord app and then I connected to WiFi. I then reinstalled the Nord app and connected to a Nord VPN site. Every word thing works fine now.
