I have 3 iPad Pro’s and one iPhone 8+.

2 of the 3 iPads see both me tele and Roku device.
My iPhone 8+ sees both my tele and Roku device.

What is interesting is the devices that see the tele and Roku do not have this the icons in the assertive touch choice. The icons are Home Enternent and Home Favourites with the Apply TV device.

The devices working great with screen mirroring are on the same WiFi network an the other iPads are.

Bluetooth is also on on all I devices as well.

Any idea why this is going on?

I'm a bit confused. The screenshot is depicting the control center found on an iPad, right? The icon therein are all typical and can be enabled or disabled via the Control Center settings. With that being said, I don't understand what you're referring to when you state, "the devices that see the tele and Roku do not have this the icons in the assertive touch choice". Where is the "assertive touch choice"?

This is a setting in the iPad. Can be turned on or off. Will send another photograph chowing the control centre from the iPad that sees all the devices that can be mirrored to.

Yes because the control centre is where the screen mirroring option is. That is where the Apple TV device shows up. Where as on the other photograph this doesn’t show the Apple TV.

Looking in Settings>Control Center, I don't see options for Tele and Roku. If it's Bluetooth, just make sure Bluetooth is enabled.

I had Bluetooth on. That dud not work. I haven’t restarted my iPad. Will do that.

What is it that's not working, exactly? Before you can mirror your iPad, you need to enable screen mirroring on the Roku in its settings menu. And install the Roku app on your iPad, and then use the "media" tab in the app to mirror content from the iPad to the Roku's screen.
