iPad not upgrading to iOS 13

For some reason, I can’t get my iPad Pro 9.7” to upgrade to iOS 13 even though it’s on the list of eligible devices. I’ve tried OTA and iTunes with no success. Anybody else have this issue?

Disregard. I didn’t see the date for iPad is September 24.
