    I am new to the Apple Ecosystem as I purchased my 1st iPhone earlier this year and just received the iPad 2018 this past weekend. I’ve installed some of the media consumption apps I have used on my Fire HD tablet such as YouTube, CBS All Access and Hulu. In each of those apps, HD movies on the iPad are displayed with letterboxing where there was none with Amazon’s tablet. The bars are very large too, combining to cover more area than the content I am watching. Are there workarounds for this letterboxing on the iPad?

    Didn't you answer the thread question when you stated,
