I can't seem to make my video files (let's refer to them as vid1, vid2, and vid3) play on my new iPad Pro 10.5 because out of 3 files that i've converted, only 1 managed to play (that's vid3).
i've tried converting them to/as:
However, neither of these works for vid1 and vid2. When i try to play the file, it enters the playback window (black one) then freezes for a couple of seconds - then closes.
any help on this? have anyone encountered this? or is this an iOS 11 Bug?
