Is there any thought that Apple will support some type of music library and metadata editor for iOS?

I want to make the switch from MBP to iPad Pro. The one thing that is stopping me is itunes. Is there any thought that Apple will support some type of music library and metadata editor for iOS? I hate having to go to my MBP to change an incorrect song metadata. Or to convert from one format to another. How do you handle this?

I haven’t heard any rumors supporting it. The move to the iPad Pro was a seamless for me, but, there are still some things I prefer to do on an MacBook.

It is possible for Apple to introduce what you mentioned onto the iPad Pro. I personally use Spotify and download all my songs from there.

Waiting for something like this... will be super useful to use iPad more than the Mac...hardware isn’t a limitation anymore ..let’s wait and see when Apple will do that.
