That particular website does indeed seem clickbaity, but rumors of 3 new models have been floating around in more reputable places as well. Supposedly the new 3rd model would be a 10.9" or thereabouts screen, on the same body size as the 9.7". So bezel-less.
It may in fact be accurate, but it feels odd to me for a few reasons. Rumor has been that the 2017 iPhone could be bezel-less for a long time now, but it would be uncharacteristic for a new design like that to hit the iPad before the iPhone. Also, a bezeless iPhone doesn't sacrifice much because people don't hold their phones by the bezel. An iPad, on the other hand, is almost always held by the sides.
That said.... a tweener iPad screen, bigger than the 9.7 but smaller than the 12.9, would be just about perfect for me, so...
