Before iOS 10, all I had to do was open the smart cover and I could start using my iPad. This is how I prefer it. I don't want to use lock screen security or use any extra steps.
With iOS 10, I now have to press the home button after opening the lock screen, this despite turning off autolock. Is there any way to get it back to the way it was? Would I have to disable all lock screen notifications. I noticed that it usually requires me to "unlock it" when I have notifications.
Either way, this is a step back for me.
