Write to text for iPad Pro apps?

My wife is looking for a good write to text app for the iPad Pro. Are there any out there you would recommend? She wants to take notes on the iPad like you were taking notes on a normal note pad then have it covert her hand writing to text so she on put it in a word processor. Any suggestions?

The Notability and GoodNotes are my favorite note taking apps. They're both paid applications and they have the same price. It totally worth every dollar you pay by the way. GoodNotes is my favorite and I highly recommend it.

One note from Microsoft does a conversion. It does a decent enough job. Depending on your hand writing you may have to make some corrections once it converts.

Also Notepad + I've been using it a lot lately, I especially like being able to pull up photos and maps and write on them using this app.

The next question, does she even need the Pro? It looks to me the only difference between the Air2 and pro is faster CPU, camera and the use of the pencil.
