Why can't I upload photos to my online course with the iPad Pro?

I cannot upload photos to my online course with iPad Pro

Before buying iPad Pro I had an old version iPad and with [redacted] app I could upload photos easily. I used to choose a photo then I should give a name to it then upload it but now I cannot the choice of giving the name to the photo so it cannot be upload. I will appreciate any help.

I can only assume the app your mentioned isn't compatible with the iPad Pro or the iOS version.
