Why won't my iPad Pro stop updating?

I tried to update my ipad pro, no stop updating

New purchase, won't accept email at log in, updated icloud, now it won't stop from update screen

Connect the iPad Pro to your computer, and then restore it via the computer's iTunes app. After the process is complete, set up the iPad as new and NOT from a backup.
