9.7-inch iPad Pro specs?

Have heard lots of rumblings about specs on the rumored new iPad pro. A9 series processor, 2GB of RAM, but potentially 3GB to fall in the middle between iPad Air 2 (2GB) and iPad Pro (4GB).

What do you think we're going to see in terms of specs?

To be honest, I really haven't thought about it, and being that Apple's Let Us Loop You In event is tomorrow, I'll just wait until then to find out. Know what I mean?
