Stream or Mirror from iPad Pro to Smart TV

I have an iPad Pro (wifi only) and was wondering if I purchase Apple TV, if I will be able to stream or mirror movies from my Bell TV app to my Sharp Smart TV.

For sure if you bought an Apple TV and both the Apple TV and the iPad Pro were on the same WiFi network this will work with what is called Airplay. You just swipe up from the bottom of your iPad to access the AirPlay options. It MIGHT also work without an AppleTV depends on your SmartTV and the protocols it supports. But for sure it will work from an AppleTV. You would also get the AppleTV channels, and you can access your Mac screens too IF you have a Mac laptop or desktop.
