Pencil and Microsoft Word- no draw tab?

pencil and microsoft word- no draw tab?

This may be dumb- I have an iPad Pro and Pencil.... in MS word (and powerpoint, etc) there is no draw tab like shown in the keynote demo.... does it exist? How do I find it?
