Does the iPad Pro use hand gestures?

I am planning on buying the iPad Pro for my child and would love for them to learn sign-language using it. Does the iPad Pro come with hand gestures or motion detection to tell my son if he is doing the correct form with his hands?

I found some sign-language apps The best iPad apps for learning sign language - appPicker listed here, but it sounds like you are interested in having the facetime camera recognize the person who is signing and confirming if they are doing it right or not. That I am not sure of or if its available.
