If I purchase the new iPad Pro with the smallest amount of memory, will I be able to upgrade it later on? This is my first Apple Product and tablet and don't want to start off buying something with huge memory that I may not need.

The smallest storage is 32GB & no you can't upgrade it later on. If you can afford it, start off with mid-range which is 128GB. You won't be disappointed. It's always better to have more storage than you need, than not enough.
