iPad Pro 12" Original Model Charging Issue

My wifes original iPad Pro 12" model has suddenly developed a charging issue, that being it wont charge at all. The last full charge it took was a week ago, before we went on vacation. Upon our return home, my wife let the iPad update to the current OS release 12.2, which is when the charging issu started. I have since rolled the OS back to the previous version, but the charging issue persists. I have tried multiple chargers, including both of our MacBook Pro chargers without any luck. Also, researching this specific issue hasn't returned any useful solutions.

Anyone here in the forums have any advice or guidance on this matter?

My recommendation is to set up an appointment with a Genius at the Apple Store, assuming you live close enough, and let them troubleshoot it. I'm guessing, since you've checked for solutions, is that you've tried cleaning the charging port, so I won't recommend that possibility.
