Scroll in virtual (windows) desktop

My ipad pro allows me to log in to my secure virtual windows desktop in my office.
It gives full functionality, however I am not able to scroll in some windows. Do I need an add on keyboard (with arrows) or can I adjust settings for the touchscreen?

What iOS app are you using to connect to your virtual Windows desktop?

It used to be Citrix; now it is VMware

Two fingers will get the scrolling working for you, but you can switch the mode to a single finger by going into settings after you are already connected.
