Will my current iPad apps work on the iPad Pro?

Will all of the apps that I have on my iPad 2 move over to the iPad Pro?

Welcome to iMore. They should work ok. If they are iPhone apps they may not do well.

Yep, they all work.

Note that non-iPad Pro optimized apps will appear to merely be blown-up versions of native iPad apps, so it'll look weird.
