Do you think that if a 13" iPad is introduced it will be used primarily as a portable device or a static device, given the dimensions?

Of course the weight won't be particularly high in the grand scheme of things but I see this device as being more of a static item, either used at home and rarely taken out, or used as a product showcase device in stores.

I think the smaller 9.7" and 7" iPads are far more suited to the casual user who wants portability.

    What do you think?

Portable, for the most part, and static, if necessary...

I think Semi portable, kind of like a laptop.
You can take it with you, but when you are working you are going to put it on a desk and not hold it in your hands.
Even my iPad 3 makes my hand tired if I need to hold it from more than a few minutes.
I think most mobile devices are kind of bad ergonomically for using while holding for long periods of time.
