Using iPad as a Charger

I just charged my AirPods with my iPad and it took about 12% of iPad battery to get my AirPods from 3% to 100%. I want to run my iPhone down to leas than 10% and charge my iPad to 100% and see how long it will take and how much battery it would use.

Has anyone done this?

Nope, I get that you CAN do, but unless your phone is really drained & you don’t have the charger, just seems silly to do it.

Nah. I haven't done anything like that. With that being said, I have used my MacBook to charge my AirPods once or twice while at work.
