I just unboxed my 11” 1TB Cellular.
A bit disappointed.

Unacceptable!

Because of this I decided not to buy this iPad, even needing a new one. I find it absurd to pay a high price for a premium product bent inside the package. For me, there's no excuses: this is just unacceptable

Very unacceptable. I think they consider this normal.. I’ll keep using it. I just hope it doesn’t get worse over time.

I went to the Apple Store and they offered a refund for the iPad Pro 11” since it is bent. Luckily, the new one that I received is completely bend free
