Hello!

I recently have had my iPad Pro 10.5” replaced as two white spots appeared on the screen (possibly dead pixels). I’ve just been today to pick up the replacement. I got home and switched it on and the screen looks as if it’s been sat on or water damaged or something! I’ve attached a picture of the replacement iPads screen. Please tell me this isn’t normal! I can’t remember my old iPad looking like this!

Did Apple replaced the display or did another Company? Whichever it was, take it back, show them the display and have them replace it again.

Yes, Apple replaced it. I have an appointment to show them it on Monday but my nearest store is quite a bit away. I’m just somewhat shocked that this is deemed an acceptable replacement. 🙁

It's possible that the tech who replaced/repaired it didn't QA it prior to giving it back to you. Either way, they should get it right this time around.
