Help:: iCloud Photos Not Syncing to my iPad Pro 10.5

I picked up my new 10.5 pro yesterday and absolutely love the device, apart from the problem of my iCloud photos are not syncing to my iPad.

Note: I am running iOS 11 Beta 7 on all my device and the syncing is working between my iPhone, MacBook, Pro 9.7.

I have tried the following;

1. Turning off iCloud Photo Library
2. Restarting the iPad
3. Enabling icloud Photo Library

I have also signed out of my iCloud account and re-signed in.

All of this is not working and the Photos app just shows a blank screen with "Updating" in the middle.

Is anyone else having similar problems and if so is there a resolve?

I am on iOS 11 Beta 7 as well and have not encounter such problems. Someone with more experience on this should come along soon to help

I've found a fix, by connecting it to the mains adapter it has now synced my photos.
