Hi SwitchBeach... I used the directions you linked, and I got through most of the process, but received an error at the end, saying my device isn't eligible for the restore. I tried (stupid, I know) contacting Apple for help, and they basically read me the same process I had already followed, directly from the website. I've tried the process multiple times with the same result. Now, I'm not just being told the iPad is disabled, I'm also getting a message that says "Page 2 of 3, iPad is disabled." Do you know if there is any way to restore the iPad (it's new, so I don't have any data on there... I just want to restore factory settings) other than the iTunes option? I'd appreciate any advice you have to offer. Thanks.
