Here is the problem, I downloaded a game a few weeks ago. And yesterday, I tried to delete it (because it I had finished all the missions) but I couldn't and the icon of the app started to change its color, into a darker color.

I did try to delete it again and again and it was still there, nothing happened.

So today I decide to post this. If you know about this problem, please help!

Go to Settings > General > Usage > Manage storage > scroll down to the app > Tap it > Tap delete

FINALLY, I have figured out the way to upload images.
The main problem here is that the app and all its data have gone, only the icon stayed. Look at my images!

P/s: One more thing: Please don't mind about other apps and their names thank you.

Did you go to Settings and delete as I suggested above? Go to Settings>General>Usage >Manage storage >scroll down to the app>Tap it > Delete app.

Also try and reboot the device.
