Ipad miniR Screen rotation not smooth

hi guys ... i just bought an iPad mini with Retina 32Gb cellular and i notice 1 second lag when i rotate it especially when i change the original Wallpaper (not smooth as it should be ) . is it my iPad having problems ? or is it iOS 7 bugs ?

Hello and welcome to iMore.

It calls my attention that you consider 1 second disturbing. I don't think that's a problem at all, but the normal time it takes to fully rotate... now it you have a 5-10 seconds lag or that it does not rotate, that would be an issue IMO, but maybe I'm wrong :not-interested:.

its just not smooth as my iPad air maybe its an installation issue . as u said its not that important . thx again

If that really bugs you, try restoring then... And see if something changes.
