What's a re-spring?

It’s where the device flashes to a black screen/white Apple logo (some white devices flash to white screen/black Apple logo) and then flashes back to the home screen. This is different from a crash where the device actually goes through the full reboot process.

I just experienced this with my 32gb silver Verizon mini w/ retina. I just received the device two days ago.

Yeah, I experienced my first one today, got it on Monday. Verizon 32gb, space gray. It's been just about flawless otherwise.

It happened to me once but I was using Procreate and from what I can tell there are reviewers indicating it's been shutting down on them...so could be procreate, could be iOS 7, but either way I'm willing to accept the occaisional respring with a program like that as long as it doesn't lose what I'm working on. Now respringing while in Safari would be an issue.

I just started experiencing them about 2 days ago after I downloaded a few games. I'm starting it think the culprit is the apps that don't make use of the new processor.

I had this happen to me once. The other two resprings were when I was playing Real Racing 3.
