Slow & laggy iOS 9 performance on iPad mini 3

Would like to check if anyone experience slow performance and battery drain pretty fast after updating ios9 on iPad mini 3 (retina)?

I did. Reset all settings (Not content and settings) when battery is fully charged, then setup your settings again. Give out about 24 hours and it should settle. Mine is back to great battery life with no lag.

Don't know if this will work for you. If it doesn't, you may need a full reset.

After you reset all setting does ios9 still perform slower than iOS 8? In term of loading apps
