A Single Raster line... fixable or not?

Hi guys can i fix this...


i mean can i make my ipad mini 2 screen normal again without involving applestore?
Nothing wrong with touch screen and another else in workin normally... a single horisontal line just appeared, not because any fall or water.
I can't put screenshot because it dont appear on it & i'm not doing any jailbreak or any attempt to modify the screen... simply put to say "its just there".

More than likely, the problem is hardware-related, but I can't say for certain. You can try resetting all settings or restoring your iPad and setting it up as new to see if it fixes the issue, but if it's hardware-related as suspected then you're going to have to get the screen or associated video mechanism fixed to get rid of the line, in my opinion.

Thanks ... yeah i already tried, no luck with reset n restoring.
Looks like it hardware related and i think "un plug and re plug" its out my experties
