    Can anyone point me in the right direction, looking for an iOS app that will let me fill in blanks on a PDF form. Need to be able to add text, customer and sales need to sign, and ability to add photos from camera or memory.

    Or if there is an app that help create custom forms to accomplish this on iPad.

    I can not see purchasing a iPad Pro if I can't find a solution to going paperless.
