ANyone seen this bug with Pages and Camera Roll?

On my iPad, iOS 8.1.2, I press and hold on a picture to save on Camera roll. It saves. I go to Photos and see it in my Camera roll. So I go to the Pages app (for my Page in Facebook), click to insert a photo, and when it brings up the Camera roll that picture is not there! I go back to the photos app and verify it is there.

Any reason you've not updated the iPad to 8.1.3? Try that...

Oops I am on 8.1.3 - lost track of the updates. It does not happen every time. Maybe Apple will see it in this forum.
