Looking for good video player that support downloading subtitle + stream from pc

So, is there any good video player that can also support for downloading subtitle? just like pc software media player classic? and also can stream over wifi from my download folder in pc so i don't waste time copying movie to my ipad, is there any good one?

i find some that can do streaming by installing their server app but most of it just stop/cut the movie somewhere(not stream complete all files)

The stock video app will play via streaming/HomeShare anything in your iTunes library provided you leave it running on your computer... And if a video is properly encoded with subtitles available, they can be turned on in the stock video app.

well stock video app don't recognize all my video and my video don't have proplery encoded subtitles
