Cannot connect to the App Store.

I have a new iPad Air. It will not let me connect to the App Store. I have checked the date and location settings. I am connected to my wi if.

Welcome to iMore! Try a hard reset.
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
If that doesn't work, try signing out of the App Store, then sign back in.
