How do I change my Apple ID (or add a new one) through iPad Air 1?

I want to change or add a new Apple Account to my iPad Air 1, Please help!

You can't "add" an Apple ID to a device.

To "change" the Apple ID of a device, sign out from the Apple ID currently on the device. You will need the password for that account.
