videos not playing on my ipad air

Iam using ipad air. All the videos on youtube as well as on other sites are not playing . My ipad is updated to ios9.1. need help

try a 2 button reset it will only reboot your ipad. press and hold both buttons home button and powerbutton at same time until you see black screen. then release and hit power then you will see apple logo and starting up again
