we bought a new Ipad air, for my wife, we want to switch her ipad2 to me ,
2 accounts, in the same family,
I have an I phone from my company,
we want to have two I pads with different accounts, face book, I tunes,
in the same household, same wi fi .
how do we convert her ipad to me ?

I might not be telling you the best way but if you wanted it set up as fresh then I would restore to factory settings (deleting all of your wife's data) and then set up using your own iTunes account etc... you could just go to settings and sign in as yourself but I quite enjoy the new set up feeling... hope this helps!!
