1600 emails

There are no emails on my server, but my ipad shows 1670 emails. How do I get rid of them?

I recommend you mass delete them directly from the server. It will be much quicker than using The native Mail app, if that's what you're using on your iPad.

yes, I have approximately 1600+ emails on my ipad mini and would like to delete them en masse can you help me with this?

Go to the inbox list (tap link at top left). Go into each inbox for that email account. Tap edit at top right. Tap move-all or delete-all as you choose. Do the same for each email account.
