Help: Sony headphones and IPad Air 2 Bluetooth connection problem!

I can't pair/connect my Sony headphones with my iPad Air 2 when scanning for Bluetooth devices. The headphones they are not recognised when scanning. The headphones pair and work fine with my iPhone 6. I have not been able to pair anything with the iPad.

Does anyone have any tips on how to get my iPad's Bluetooth connecting??

As far as I remember, you need to press one of button on the headphone, press and hold in 10 seconds. Then your iPhone will be able to detect the headphone, after that input the code which were written in users' manual of headphone. Good luck

Have you enabled Bluetooth on hour iPad? You can do it from control center by swiping up from the bottom of the screen. Otherwise go to Settings -> Bluetooth

It might help to have that Bluetooth settings screen up when trying to pair to see if it registers any devices.
