Is it okay to keep my iPad Air on the charger after it has charged to 100%?

I stream music on my iPad Air 2 while I'm at work (8hrs x 5 days). Is it ok to leave the device on the charger once it's 100%?

Not that Ive noticed with my 3rd gen. iPad...

It doesn't affect the battery. Once the iPad gets to a certain % (not exactly sure what that % is) the charger senses it and slows down to a trickle charge.

I know people who charge the iPad and play games while ii is at 100% and still charging and the battery is fine.

I have an iPad 2 and leave the charger in even when the battery is fully charged. It still lasts as long as it did when new.

With new batteries and devices when it reaches 100% it stops charging and only puts more charge to it as the battery starts to loose charge.
