    Welcome to iMore. Have you tried doing a hard reset ( Hold down the power and home button at the same time until the Apple screen appears then release) on your Air2 or try deleting Yahoo weather and reinstalling. My Yahoo Weather Widget and attachment are working.

    Like Spencer, stated try the hard reset.
    its been working great on this end.
